CONGRATULATIONS!
The First Step is Asking for Help, and you just did.
My name is Becky Rogers,
Your “Clutter
Coordinator.”
I’m a Professional Organizer
and owner of ORGANIZE MY CLUTTER.
My
GOAL
Organization is a skill that can be learned by anyone regardless of
age or circumstance. All it takes is some encouragement and an open mind to get there. If you consider yourself
to be “organizationally challenged” or simply “help-less” you can still become a neat and organized
person with the right tools and systems in place.
I get a thrill out of helping
others to gain self-esteem and find achievement in their chaotic lives. My goal is to show you that it is possible to
find and keep order in the chaos, and help you focus on the people in your home, instead of all the stuff.
My MISSION
I will be compassionate and encouraging as I work with you,
no matter how big or small the job. I am not here to judge you as a person or to judge how clean your home is.
I promise I will not be shocked or negative about what you let me see. My mission will be to give you the knowledge,
the tools, and the assistance to give everything in your house a home in such a way to keep it simple and consistent. Together,
we will find the solution for you to store it, find it, and use it when you need it. We will do this by developing
systems that actually work FOR you and your individual needs by considering your current daily habits and routines.
And at the same time, we will keep it as aesthetically pleasing as possible.
My BACKGROUND
Before becoming a Professional Organizer, I studied business management and accounting, then worked
for twenty years behind desks, as an office manager and controller. During that time I developed organizational
skills both at work and at home. Meanwhile, my friends and co-workers consistently acknowledged my uncanny ability to
help make things easier on them. Family members have claimed that organizing always seemed to be a natural
for me. But I credit my organizing skills to my upbringing. I grew up with a father who instilled work ethic and
common sense thinking, while my mother instilled empathy and creativity.
Since
starting OMC in January, 2008, I have joined NAPO, (National Association of Professional Organizers) The Organizing Authority
since 1985, which is dedicated to develop, lead, and promote professional organizers and the organizing industry. As
a member, I follow the NAPO Code of Ethics (see link below), receive professional training, and stay abreast of the industry's
current clutter issues and organizing trends. With continuous training I'm able to work with clients who have special needs and challenges of
all types.
Thank
You for allowing me to help you make your dreams come true.
